Goulash 142 g.
A delicious beef and tomato stew with a subtle kick of cayenne pepper. Excellent! Part of the Blå Band Expedition Meal series – this dish is not only tasty but also easy to prepare and nutritious. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Ingredients: potato 33%, vegetables (red bell pepper, tomato, onion), palm fat, meat extract, beef 5.2%, maltodextrin, salt, modified potato starch, garlic, sugar, flavorings, caraway, cayenne pepper.
Lactose and gluten free.

Preparation

1. Tear off the top and fold out the bottom
2. Add 450 ml of boiling water (up to level G)
3. Stir
4. Close again and wait 10 minutes. Add water if necessary. Can also be prepared with cold water, which increases the preparation time to about 30 minutes

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
