RAPALA BX SKITTER FROG 4,5 CM 7,5 G TMN

The Rapala BX Skitter Frog is designed for fishing around heavy vegetation and other cover where predators are likely to hide. A responsive balsa core provides lively action, while the durable copolymer outer shell protects the lure during repeated contact with cover and aggressive fish.

With a fast and steady retrieve, the frog skitters and jumps across the surface, creating plenty of splash and noise. The thick rubber skirt adds movement and attraction, while the upturned heavy-duty VMC double hook helps the lure pass through cover with less risk of snagging.

Recommendation

The Rapala BX Skitter Frog is a practical choice for surface fishing around heavy vegetation, reeds and other cover where conventional lures can easily snag. Its floating design and upturned double hook make it suitable for working through dense areas, while the frog-like jumping action is particularly effective with a fast, steady retrieve. Use it when you want to create surface disturbance and keep the lure moving over areas where predators may be waiting underneath the cover.
