Exchanging/returning goods purchased online

  • If the goods you purchased online are not suitable for you for some reason or do not meet your expectations, you have the right to exchange or return them within 14 business days from receipt of the goods.

  • The goods purchased cannot be exchanged or returned, if they were prepared considering the customer's personal needs or according to the conditions provided by the customer (e.g. named goods, spinning rods, etc.)

  • To exchange or return an item, please submit an application at the e-mail address info@jahipaun.ee. Be sure to inform us in advance of your wish to return or exchange an item.

  • The goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging together with everything initially belonging to the set. Your purchase invoice must be included.

  • You will get a refund on your bank account for returned goods within 14 business days from returning the goods (arriving at the warehouse of Jahipaun).

  • Transport costs for return shall be covered buy the customer.

  • If the item being returned does not meet the order, the merchant shall cover the return costs.

 

  • Goods purchased online can be exchanged in all Jahipaun stores.

  • Goods purchased online can be returned to all Jahipaun stores or sent by post to Itella Smartpost, DPD or Omniva parcel terminals at Rocca Al Mare, Sikupilli, Tartu Lõunakeskus or Pärnu Kaubamajakas. Please mark +372 5686 8974 as the contact phone number.
