MARTTIINI LAPP 240 CARBON KNIFE

The Marttiini Carbon Lapp 240 is the long-awaited Lapp-series knife with a carbon steel blade. It combines traditional Nordic design with practical cutting performance, making it a versatile choice for hikers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts.

The blade is made of carbon steel 1.2235 / 80CrV2 and has a hardness of HRC 59.5. Carbon steel is easy to sharpen and offers excellent cutting properties. However, it requires regular maintenance to help prevent rust. After use, the blade should be cleaned and dried, and suitable protective oil can be applied when needed.

The handle is made of beautiful waxed curly birch, creating an attractive contrast with the dark blade. Curly birch is a natural material, so the tone and grain pattern may vary from one knife to another. Each knife therefore has its own unique appearance.

The knife comes with a light brown leather sheath that protects the blade and makes it convenient to carry.
