How to adjust VPQ retention pressure?

Turn the adjustment screw in small increments and check the result after each change with a completely unloaded firearm. With the correct setting, the firearm stays securely in the holster but releases with a smooth upward draw.

Is the VPQ compatible with the H&K USP Expert?

No. Fobus excludes the USP Expert from the compatibility list. Compatibility with the standard USP Full Size does not mean that the longer slide, different barrel, or sights of the Expert will fit in the same holster.

Is the VPQ compatible with the Walther PPS M2?

No. The Fobus WPM2, with a slimmer profile, is intended for the PPS M2. According to the manufacturer, the VPQ fits Walther PPQ and PPQ M2 models.

Is the holster compatible with pistols equipped with a red dot sight or weapon light?

The manufacturer does not confirm VPQ compatibility with weapon light configurations. Compatibility with a red dot sight depends on the position of the holster's upper edge and the sight, and must be checked with the specific firearm.

Can all Canik METE models be used?

The Fobus website mentions the METE product family, but not every submodel. Before use, the exact model, slide length, trigger guard shape, and accessories must be checked.
